Your money is held in escrow until you have what you paid for. If something's wrong, raise a dispute and it's decided on the evidence.

How disputes work

Report it in time
From My Trades, until the seller is paid: 24 hours after you tap “It works”, or 48 hours after buying if you don't. After that, the sale is final.

The money stays in escrow
The seller isn't paid while the dispute is open.

It's decided on the evidence
The brand's own confirmation email, and whether the code was listed before. A Vendeye arbiter decides every case, usually within 48 hours.

The outcome
Decided for you: the full amount is refunded to your Vendeye wallet — free to spend on another code; withdrawn to your bank, 5% of it is kept. Decided for the seller: the payment is released to them.

Each dispute is private: only its buyer, its seller and Vendeye see it. Refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy.
