Fees and Timelines
Every fee Vendeye.com charges, who pays it, and how long each step takes. What you see before you pay is what you pay.
Fees when you buy

| Services — a booking, a bill paid, something bought for you | None from Vendeye. You pay what it costs plus the seller's charge, both shown before you pay; whatever isn't spent comes back to your Vendeye wallet. |
| Paying by card, UPI or net banking | No extra charge. |
| Putting your bid first in the queue (optional) | ₹49 a bid, shown before you pay. |

| Disputing a payment with your bank instead of our dispute process (a chargeback) | A ₹500 platform fee a disputed payment, for breaking our agreement — only if the bank decides it against us. Use our dispute process instead; see Chargebacks. |
Fees when you sell

| A sale a member's share link brought | 5% of the price goes to that member. You can turn this off on your seller dashboard. |
| A code you priced under the lowest price it sells for on Vendeye | It's listed at that price, and you're paid your own price less the 5% fee — and less a share link's 5% of your price, if one brought the buyer. The difference stays with Vendeye. Your dashboard shows what you get. |
| Listing, escrow and withdrawals | Free. You can withdraw from ₹250. |
| Referral codes | Free to list; featuring one costs ₹49 for 7 days. When a referral made through Vendeye is confirmed, Vendeye's fee is 20% of your reward, paid by a payment link, and the person who used your code gets 10% of it (up to ₹20) for confirming it. |
How long it takes when you buy

| An instant code | On screen as soon as your payment clears, and in your orders. |
| A code bought in when you order | Within 24 hours of paying. |
| A non-instant order — redeemed on your account, or booked for you | Within 24 hours of your details being in; 72 hours at most. |
| Your login for a non-instant order | Add it within 3 days of paying, or the order is cancelled. |
| Reporting a problem | Within 24 hours of buying, before you tap “It works”. |
| A dispute | Under ₹2,000: decided after 48 hours, on the evidence. ₹2,000 or more: by a Vendeye arbiter. |
| A refund | To your Vendeye wallet, instantly once it's decided. A code we couldn't deliver goes back the way you paid — banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it. |
| A service at a seller's charge | Confirmed for you 3 days after the seller uploads the bill, unless you report a problem. |
How long it takes when you sell
