Delivery Policy
Most of what is sold on Vendeye.com is digital — gift card codes, vouchers and memberships — so nothing is shipped and there is no delivery charge. What you buy appears in your orders, and we email you when it's ready. Vendeye delivers within India.
When it arrives
- Instant codes — the seller's code is already with us: on screen as soon as your payment clears.
- Codes bought in when you order: within 24 hours of your payment.
- Non-instant orders — a seller redeems a benefit on your own account (for example cult.fit ELITE) or books one for you: within 24 hours of your details being in, and within 72 hours at most if the first seller can't. Some codes then come from the brand by email, as the card's page says.
- Services — a booking made, a bill paid, something bought for you: within the time the service's page states.
- Things handed over in person — gold, an item brought from abroad: where and within the days the listing states.
If it doesn't arrive
Your money stays in escrow until you have what you paid for. If a code can't be delivered in time, or a non-instant order isn't completed within 72 hours, the full amount is refunded — the refund policy has the details.
