After you pay, add your portal login: a verified seller redeems it there, then uploads proof. Have your login ready — without it the order goes on hold, your money kept for it, not refunded.
A seller has 24 hours; if they can't, other sellers and Vendeye take over. If it isn't completed within 72 hours, the full amount goes back to your Vendeye wallet. If you don't add your login within 3 days, the order is cancelled and the amount becomes credit for this card for a year — not refunded.

Terms & conditions
- Coupons are single-use unless the listing states otherwise; the seller guarantees validity until the stated expiry.
- All trades settle through Vendeye Escrow — the seller is paid 24 hours after you confirm the code works, or 48 hours after purchase if you don't, unless a problem is reported first.
- Never share card numbers, CVV or OTPs. Codes are held encrypted by Vendeye and revealed to you once your payment clears.
- Report a problem any time before the seller is paid — even after tapping “It works”; escrow holds the funds while it's reviewed.
